Apart frm the usual gym sesh, we were at Amped bouncing off their trampolines for a whole hour and also conveniently signed up for two complimentary yoga classes at Real Yoga, courtesy of adeline's vouchers. Pretty sure I experienced some sort of an existential crisis when I first bounced off their trampolines, like "I don't see the purpose in jumping around" but I'm guessing some things are only as real as you allow them to be. Also, the hot yoga classes we went to were so upz my shirt and tight pants were literally drenched in my sweat. I don't think I'd ever sweat like that, what can I say? Would defo love to sign up for their package but the price also damn up there!!!
Now that school has started I need to find the discipline and motivation within myself to gym alone, at least twice a week. I've been running round the neighbourhood but it doesn't seem as effective as running on the treadmill leh. So zb, do go gym if you want a bod like yoyossavadee. And notice how you feel less sluggish throughout the week if you exercise? So, GO. Anyway, I've cut off supper for the longest of time coz I finally see how unnecessary it is. Surely I'm on my way to a fitter, slimmer me (;
