Recess week finally rolled around and boy, was I wrong to say that most of my projects were slated before recess week, becos the next seven weeks aint gonna be any better. Anw, these past few weeks saw Sis & me going to places, talking to a few people. Just two weeks ago after a really suckyz presentation we put up, our tutorial prof spent 45min talking to us about China, about Taiwan, about race issues etc I love it! I mean they know so much about their fields of specialization, or even some general knowledge, it DOES NOT hurt to listen more. In fact, I'm thinking it's high time I start reading the newspapers again (should really pick up adeline's habit). And the other day, we made our way to Sengkang for this comms mod just so we could interview Sis' friend who collects a whopping 100 vinyl records of Chinese oldies. And he's only 22! It was nice hearing him talk about his collections and we talked to some record store owners as well. More on that in the next post!
Sticking to this girl in school and at family gatherings and at home and when we sleep hahaha so sick of each other alr you bet. Both of us sent Kt and Aq off for their exchange a few weeks back, it feels a little like sending myself off as well. I was looking at the flap display, thinking how I could be anywhere and snap! within that short span of time, I had been everywhere. It's really beautiful out there, maybe only because they are all still unexplored territories. And that's why I think I have found my favourite place in the form of an airport. Really hope the next time I see the both of them we would all be in Beijing. Enough of updates, may recess week be a week of productiveness!
